Director of Course: Towia Libermann, PhD
* Registration opens on April 17 for a new proteomics nanocourse organized by the Harvard Catalyst Genetics Consortium. The nanocourse will provide an introductory overview of proteomics for clinicians, investigators, graduate and medical students, nurses, and other clinical research staff with an interest in proteomics, metabolomics, and disease biomarkers. The course will introduce the fundamental language and concepts of proteomics, from sample preparation to proteomic data analysis, from protein-protein interaction networks to proteomic and metabolomic biomarker validation, and more. Register for the course here.
This course is offered collaboratively by Harvard Catalyst, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, Children’s Hospital, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and Massachusetts General Hospital.
